1-2-1 Support

Aim: To provide counselling and support when people are concerned about or distressed by spiritual experiences.

If you would like to talk to me about your spiritual crisis, spiritual emergency, or spiritually transformative experience, please feel free to contact me.

I currently offer one-off sessions online via Zoom. Unfortunately, due to my workload, I am not currently able to offer weekly sessions for ongoing or in-depth support. If you are looking for a therapist to work with long-term please see the list of therapist directories at the bottom of this page.

The video below is of me being interviewed by Emma Bragdon of IMHU about my training and work as a Spiritual Emergence Coach.

  • I am available to listen to you and to offer any advice or information that I think you may find helpful.

  • I can refer you to further sources of support, such as therapists, organisations, and peer-support groups.

  • I keep the content of sessions confidential. The only exception to this rule is any information about money laundering, a planned act of terrorism, or immediate risk of harm to a child or vulnerable adult.

  • I am available weekday evenings between 7pm and 9pm and most weekends.

  • Sessions last for about an hour.

  • I currently offer sessions for free, although you can make a donation if you would like to.

  • I have an open-door policy so you can contact me for another chat anytime.

  • I am a Hypno-psychotherapist trained by the National College of Hypnosis & Psychotherapy (NCHP) and registered with the National Society of Talking Therapies and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) in the U.K.

  • I am a certified Mental Health First Aider (MHFA).
