What Helps People Who Experience Spiritual Crisis/Emergency?
My research question is: what helps people who experience spiritual emergency/spiritual crisis? The first part of this project will involve undertaking an evaluation of the services provided by the Spiritual Crisis Network (SCN) in the UK.
This is a PhD in Professional Practice: Psychological Perspectives via Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU) and the Professional Development Foundation (PDF) supported by the Alef Trust.
My primary suprvisor for the PhD is Prof. Les Lancaster and my second supervisor is Dr. David Lukoff.

Milestones
I began the PhD. I was interviewed by Emma Bragdon of IMHU. Completed 1st draft of Literature Review. Small Scale Research Project (SSRP) proposal submitted. Passed my first year review. Received ethical approval of SSRP proposal. First meeting of SCN Research Group. Completed pilot of online survey. Began data collection using the online survey. Passed my second year review. Presented research progress to-date at SCN AGM. |
