Support.
I provide support to people affected by spiritual crisis in the form of one-to-one counselling and peer-support groups.

1-2-1 Support
I offer one hour online slots for you to talk about your experience of spiritual crisis.
I can provide a safe space to talk about spiritual crisis, use therapeutic techniques such as hypnotherapy, mindfulness, or relaxation, and offer information and signposting to other resources. This is in the form of ad-hoc, on demand sessions. I do not currently provide long-term, in-depth therapy. I charge £40 per hour or £10 per hour for those on low/no income. Please note that I work with adults (18+) only. Also, requests for support must come directly from the individual who requires the support. I do not accept bookings by carers on behalf of an experiencer. This is to avoid disempowering the experiencer and to ensure that they have the capability to engage with support if and when they want to. If you would like to schedule a 1-2-1 slot:
My upcoming consultation days are: Friday 26th July from 9am to 5pm (BST). Friday 23rd August from 9am to 5pm (BST). All times are in BST/GMT. Please check your local time zone if outside of the UK. |
Peer-Support
I co-facilitate a peer-support group for the Spiritual Crisis Network (SCN).
The group meets monthly online and every two months face-to-face in Sheffield, UK. If you would like to know more about the group, please contact me or see the group's website. Spiritual Emergence Coach
I trained as a Spiritual Emergence Coach (SEC) with Emma Bragdon from the Integrative Mental Health University (IMHU) and I am listed on the IMHU directory of SECs.
UK Register of Spiritual Care Givers
I am also listed on the UK Register of Spiritual Care Givers maintained by the Spiritual Companions Trust.
